Senior Team Appraisal

Investors, Boards and CEOs must ensure that the leadership team is equipped to meet the mission, strategic and operational goals of the business.   • ABCG© Senior Team Appraisal:
    Team-wide review of vision, values, and objectives, management decision-making, and communication processes. Individual assessment of each person’s capabilities, growth potential and alignment. Team structure, key roles and decision-making processes. Gap analysis. Report back to leadership team and to the sponsors of the Senior Team Appraisal (CEO and/or Board).
  • ABCG© Change Leadership Skills Development Workshop:
    A two-day workshop for the senior team to review the conclusions of a senior team appraisal, to review team alignment, and to link change leadership skills development to change projects, business goals and improvement plans.
  • ABCG© Employee Engagement and Change Programme Workshop:
    A one-day workshop to promote employee engagement alignment to the values and goals of the business, and to position each member of the leadership team as a key player in the change and growth goals of the organisation.
