We work with clients and participants to deliver assessment-based development plans, coaching programmes, and leadership development events for individual executives.

  • Professional Development Plans:
    Our development planning tools and processes enable executives to focus on how to utilise and further develop their existing strengths, while understanding and addressing their development needs.  Each development objective is linked to measurable business goal and personal performance objective.  Our process supports the executive to take ownership and communicate about their development objectives with their board, management team, line manager and/or HR professional
  • Senior Leader Coaching Programmes:
    Our Senior Leadership ABCD© coaching programme is a twelve-month coaching programme informed by an individually configured assessment process and CEO or Board inputs. The programme links the monthly coaching interventions with business goals, performance objectives and learning needs. The programme is tailored to address the strategic and operational challenges of operating at CEO and C-suite level.
  • Emerging Talent Coaching and Development Programmes:
    Our High Potential Emerging Talent ABCD© coaching Programme is a six-month programme based on an individually configured assessment process and inputs from senior executives and HR professionals in the client organisation. The programme links the monthly coaching interventions with business goals, performance objectives and learning needs. The programme is tailored to address career progression opportunities within the client organisation and the personal career development objectives of the executive.
