Leadership Assessment

Newgrange Consultants work with their clients to assess current leadership capabilities and to objectively evaluate development potential.

The building blocks of our assessment process include

  • Validated, best-in-class psychometric assessment processes to evaluate the participant’s personality, leadership competencies, cognitive skills problem solving and decision-making capabilities, personal motivators and behaviour drivers, personal resilience, communication style and impact, people skills, leadership style and effectiveness
  • Competency interview processes to examine the participant’s self-awareness of their strengths, learning and development needs, skill and knowledge gaps and the factors that can destabilise and undermine them as effective leaders
  • Business simulation exercises to assess leadership capability, judgement, potential and development needs across investment and financing, people leadership, change leadership, marketing, and operational challenge scenarios
  • Career evaluation exercises to examine the participant’s career to date, satisfaction, stretch and effectiveness in their current role, and future career preferences
